Level One Agility Course
The Level One Agility Course is a fun and engaging introduction to the exciting world of dog agility, perfect for dogs new to formal agility classes. Our classes are designed to be supportive and encouraging, creating a positive environment for both you and your dog.
At this level, you’ll work with your dog on basic agility obstacles, including:
Hurdles
Tyre jump
Weave poles
Tunnels
There’s a strong focus on teaching the human part of the team, including how to position yourself, how to move your dog smoothly from one side of your body to the other, and how to give clear, effective signals. We also cover the rules for agility short-course racing, and you’ll have the opportunity to form a team and participate in Planet K9 agility competitions.
Prerequisite:
To join this course, your dog must have completed our Planet K9 Basic Manners Course or an equivalent.
Class Details:
Location: Spotswood
Day: Sunday mornings
Duration: 5 consecutive weeks (no classes during long weekends)

Our training venue is fully fenced and offers convenient parking for all attendees.
If you're unable to attend a class, don’t worry! We offer one make-up session per course with 24 hours' notice.
Important Note:
Male dogs over 12 months of age must be desexed prior to enrolling in this course.
