FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN DO NEW COURSES START?
Our courses are ongoing. We start a new dog in each class each week. Having a staggered intake
means that we do not have 6 highy excitable dogs starting at the same time and allows the new dog to settle in more quickly.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS? Your dog wearing a flat
collar, harness or head collar, leash, food treats , your dog's favourite toy and vaccination certificate and a fun positive
attitude.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND A CLASS OR AM
A SHIFT WORKER?
At the end of each group class your trainer will
ask you if this class time suits you next week. If you are going away or working we can move you to another class time. Please
understand that the successful training of your dog requires commitment of effort and consistency of attendance. We understand
you are busy but we require you to complete your 6 week course within 10 weeks of your initial lesson.
PAYMENT METHODS
Your booking will be confirmed when course payment is received. We accept visa,
mastercard, direct bank transfer, paypal and cheque. Payment must be made at time of booking. Refunds will not be given
for missed lesson or courses not completed for any reason.
